Hi!! This is Nursing Truths, with yours truly, ICU-Mama. I’m a mother of 2 first and foremost, and an RN second. I have amassed over 8 years of invaluable experience throughout countless ICU departments, and for about 6months to a year- I worked at my local county jail. (Yes, interesting stories were generated HA. HA)

My heart is in critical care. Although I specialized in cardiovascular intensive care and heart failure, I made my way through the NSICU, CTICU, MICU, and Trauma center. Currently, motherhood has taken me down a different path and the Lord has so graciously made a way for me to push pause on my fast-paced critical care adventures to take care of my littles and my husband, and share all of my experiences and nursing intel with YOU!
